A graduate of the internationally acclaimed Leiths School of Food and Wine, I am passionate about creating delicious menus for discerning diners and their guests.

My cooking is grounded in the English culinary tradition yet also draws upon classical French influences, a wonderful combination, delivering visually stunning dishes offering delicious combinations of flavour and texture.

I am proud to offer a genuine boutique service, personally designing menus that perfectly match your guests’ palates and requirements, whether catering to a small group or as many as 35 friends, family or business associates.
